Well it's that time of year when I start decorating for Christmas, but this year will be small as there is not enough room here to do it all, so I am left with the kitchen until the addition is done. My bedroom is part craft room, so only a small tree will be done---red hats of course.
This is a hutch that hubby made for me almost 20 years ago and I want to white wash it, but am pretrified of doing it. Maybe in the spring it might happen.
This is one of my favorite pieces from Hallmark. The details make you sit and just look at them---the little red head girl has sprinkles in her hat and one of them is pouring food coloring into the bowl.
My family and friends buy me things with gingerbreads and the snowmen are a favorite.
When hurricane season is here, I am always ready to take as much as I can after we and the pictures are loaded. There are so many memories wrapped up in my Christmas fluf(as smoochie calls it) that it's hard to leave them behind, but life would go on and I would start all over.
I love anything with gingerbreads as can be seen in the snowmen---gifts from family. This is only a sneak peak---still hunting for a slim line white tree for the ornaments and if I can't find one, then the green will be done again. I look forward to you visiting when it's done. I am working on my Christmas blog with last years and years gone by decorations, so check back and I will post the link when finished---lots of pics to download.

Wow, That is a Collection so far. My mother has lots of Dept. 56 and my father has built her Special Tables to fit Everything. How beautiful, it is like a WinterWonderland. Just need to get out those Tyler Christmas Scented Candles and you are set. Have a great weekend. Jamie
Now that is a fun collection~ You are getting us inspired to start unpacking those ornaments!
