This is the little DVD cabinet that I purchased at Goodwil and took it all apart and the bottom photo is the result of my hard work.
Below is an old window that I used Gallery glass on to make a faux stained glass window that will be hung in my bedroom window. The pane on the right is what they all look like---painted walls make it look messy.
I also did 8 picture frames that Al is going to build a cabinet to fit them. They will be attached as 2 doors with 4 panes on each side.
The next 2 pictures are of a framed doily I did about 20 years ago and wanted to update it for my bedroom. Got rid of most of the green things in my house and going with pink for my bedroom and brown tones in my living room. The doily is at least 40 years old. My friend's mother had it on a coffee table and he gave it to me. He is deceased now, but I don't want to get rid of it.
I hope you enjoyed seeing all the things I have been working on. I am having fun and it's keeping my busy and forgetting about my pain sometimes. This all started as therapy, but I have a hard time staying focused when I work. Have a great day, I'm going find some things to work on. Love and hugs, Pat

You are such the little crafty gal..

w, some crafting genius! i really admire how well the brown cabinet came out! What paint did you use? Thanks for the nice comment. My daughter, friend and I am very tired of this woman bothering us. What's so sad is neither my daughter or myself ever left her a comment nor sent a email to her but she insists we did! I can barely find time to write to friends, let alone choose to insult her. Well have a fun weekend, we're to get great weather here and look forward to working in my backyard finally! Later,Lori
Thanks Connie. With my computer out for a while, thought I had missed out on something great. Can't wait to see the Caboose.
Lori, I posted about the paint on your blog
Pat,
What a wonderful transformation on the cabinet! Kudos to you! Also a beautiful job on the 'stained' glass.
You are one creative and talented lady!
Good luck in my giveaway!
