Awww.......finally after 6 days. Power!!! HA! I watched your video....I wish I would have thought to do that as well..... It's it amazing though...as I watched and listened to yours....that wild wind sound is SO familiar. Glad that is over....it was the LONGEST hurricane I can remember...and I've seen a few now. The damage is overwhelming over here.
MUCH worse than Katrina for us...Baton Rouge took a heavy, heavy, hit. But we got the "bad side" of the storm so that makes sense I guess. Glad you all came out okay..... I will write more later but I was wondering about you all. I've been watching the news and I thought you guys took it pretty well in that area of the state.
I'm hoping that next thing doesn't come here...we are to leave for NYC in less than weeks and at this point I'm wondering if we shouldn't delay it. UGH!!! We will see.....hang in there you all. Joyce
