Beautiful day despite the rain

I woke up early this morning feeling the best I have felt in a very long time. Guess my daughter was right about cleansing your body of toxins once a month, so I am going to do a liquid diet one day a month. I haven't had this much energy in a very long time, so maybe it was the toxins dragging me down---the pain I have learned to deal with, but the lost of energy was a battle.

Going into my holiday closet and start some decorating. Thank you all so much for your prayers. The only concern now is my very high blood pressure---so I have decided to eliminate the salt and sodium until my stress test---good bye puffed corn, pretzels, and all the goodies I do enjoy from time to time.

I hope you all have a great weekend and smile where ever you go---makes people wonder what you are thinking about. God Bless you all, Pat

Thanks Knitty, I just finished getting my kitchen ready to decorate, dining room is next because I have to spread my gingerbreads into it, so they will have company with the Peanut Gang and other things. Space is getting slim-lol.Hugs, Pat

Yikes I can not eat alot of salty things like I used to because I have such an inflamation/swelling issue now.
I started my new "drug research" program today and it was interesting.
4 hours.....ugh. IV stuck in my arm most of that time. Creepy.
Anyhow, the rain is needed but it is painful for me.....
But we "press onward" don't we regardless....

Oh alot of people are decorating early. I ran into a friend today while shopping right after my IV experience and she said they are decorating this weekend.
It's still a tad bit early for me.
I usually do it right on Thanksgiving Day.
Hang in there!

Glad you're better.
Thanks for the visit and comment. I often think of your great organization and wish you could create a crafting spot for me....but first I need to win the lottery and enlarge the house!!!!

So glad you are feeling better. It is weird like that, after I fast I feel so much better. It is hard to fast if you don't have to. I wish I had your will power. Love the gingerbread men.
