Happy FruFru Friday

Happy Fru Fru Friday. The picture below is a collection of pink boxes that I store my prayers books in.

Below is a  mini pincushion that I frufrued up with some mini roses. I used a small tuna can for the top of the hat and some thick cardboard for the bottom. You just make a yoyo the size you need and pull the gathers and knot, then glue the 2 pieces together. I will keep this one for my bedroom as I never seem to find needles and pins when I need them the most.

This is a pretty box I found at a thrift store and it's used for storage also. I try to use things for storage as much as possible and this one is great for holding cards I receive.
This was not done by me, but my friend Bryan. I am trying to teach (lol) him to alter things and I had these hug wooden puzzle pieces that Al cut out and he did this one with some vintage wallpaper in honor of his mother. It really is pretty and he did a great job for a first timer. He has since done many others for gifts and they are really cute. The baby in the picture is my boyfriend that was killed in Vietnam.

Thanks ladies, I'm starting to really love this frufru thing and thanks to Connie, we now have a place to show them.
Come on Nettie, join up. With all your pretty altered pieces, they are considered frufru because of all the things you put on them. It would be fun to have you join in on Friday's and the linky thing is easy if I can do, you can too. Love Ya'll, Pat

Stopping by to say hello! I haven't been to visit for a few days and needed to get caught up.
