My turn for prayers

Not many visitors here, but I am hoping that I can get some help with prayers. As some of you know, my sister Brenda is my best friend and she is opening a shop soon(bought it) She went for her mammogram and they found 2 cysts that showed calcification, so she sees a doctor on Wednesday. Please keep her in your prayers. We have 3 aunts who had maliganant breast cancer and even though it wasn't our mother, we are still scared. I have what they call hormonal cyst, so I NEVER miss my yearly mammogram.
Brenda has always put her family first and she has done so much for me in the last 7 years that it would take a lifetime to reciprocate. To hear her say it, she says I have done more for her. After Hurricane Katrina, all of her family came to stay with us in our little house with 2 bedrooms and her children commandered our computers and phone lines to save her husbands trucking firm. We are all very close now and I am staying in an apt behind her house, so I will be here for her when she finds out if it's nothing. Thank you so much for any prayers you can say.

Thanks everyone. I know I have the strength to help Brenda. When she had her breast reduction, they removed so many cysts, but none of them had calcification. She has gone from 122 lbs to 107.

Pat, Your sister is in my prayers, how my heart goes out to both of you! I know how scared are for her. I understand, 2 years ago they found a lump in my breast. After 2 mammograms, and a test that went very bad (I bleed for 2 hours because the doctor nicked a blood vessel doing a needle biopsy) a surgeon had to come in and stitch me up. Well, I then had to have surgery to have the lump removed. I was one of the very lucky ones, it was not cancer. Your sister Brenda sounds like such a wonderful Gal and she is soooooo blessed to have you for a sister!!
God bless you both :-} ~Mary~
